10/28 - 11/7, so only the first week of November. :) We usually do late November, to be there for our anniversary. My husband is working in Bangladesh and will be out of the country for our anniversary, so we are doing it a month early! On the upside, it will be our first time on-island for Hallowee...

I forgot, weather temps were perfect, 80 - 85 every day. 75ish at night. Last year's trip saw a lot more rain than 2011's trip... But you know, it's all good if you're on St. John!

I have only been to STJ late November - early December. And the water felt great to me. I have never been there during the summer, so I have nothing to compare it to... This year I will sample the late October weather!

we are using the Venture one card. We haven't had a chance to redeem any "miles" yet. I checked the erase feature and we have enough miles to erase our recent two night stay in Reno! I'm saving my miles for STJ, of course! Our plan is to use the Venture card to pay for absolutely everythin...

I bring a cotton flat bed sheet with us. It works just fine, folds up flat in my suitcase, and it doesn't pick up a ton of sand the way a towel does! I'm just too "frugal" to spend money on one!
