I believe Great Expectations is between Chocolate Hole and Rendevous Bay. (according to this pic)
I believe Tesori is at Rendevous Bay.
Either villa is pretty close to Cruz Bay. (Not walkable, but an easy drive)

Have not stayed at Reefside Villa but there is a review from April on their VRBO page. Great Expectations is not close to Cruz Bay.. But I don't think there are many 5BR villas that will be close to Cruz Bay. Do you all want to stay in one villa? Another option could be to get separate units at Gran...

I second Villa Tesori...It is gorgeous and in your budget. Have been looking at it for an upcoming trip as well.
