Hy Tourist Trap Cheryl!
How's Larry's disposition considering the Red Sox collapse? I would imagine that he is just plain surly. Probably a good month to be closed.

Lex, as we all know, things usually happen very slowly in Coral Bay. In 2006 the permits were approved for the fairly massive development by the T- rex Corporation of a marina, pump out station, condos, etc on land owned primarily by the Moravian Church going from Skinny Legs to Island Blues. Additi...

I think that Coral Bay should secede from the USVI's and become a sovereign nation. Seriously though, the building has been vacant for a long time. Something should be done with it.The original Voyagers was an ill- conceived, over ambitious place of business to begin with. A small inn, or a bed and ...

Name That Villa
A few years ago there was a very fun thread that Ruth started when she and Ron decided to build. Ruth asked for help naming their place and it was pretty clever, and sometimes silly. If you could build a place down there, what would you name it? Ruth was looking for music inspired names. Anybody?

If these lizards are as out of control as feared, I think I could supply an idea to eradicate them. Having been a pretty serious bass fisherman a few years back, I will tell you that if a jackpot is offered, sportsman can make a serious dent in the population of any species. Have a contest, with ent...

Windspree is just flat out one of my favorite businesses that I've ever dealt with. We've stayed at Casa Nita the last three trips down there, mainly because of the view and it's very reasonably priced. I've never rented the car on STT, mainly because I want to be in total stress free mode while on ...

Gee, Lex, originally I voted that I didn't think that they were right for a national park, but after reading your last post,I think that I may want to change to the blow 'em up option! I also would tend to think that if they have them at Trunk Bay now, can Cinnamon Bay be far behind? With the thinki...

Shoot, for all I know there may even be some new government regulations mandated by OSHA saying that the guards must be given a UV-safer work environment. I'm not against lifeguards being safe, though I'm not sure that you want to make them too comfortable. After all, lifeguards on STJ probably drin...
