I will be bringing a soft sided cooler with me to stj in Nov.I want to lock it and it can't be a big lock and one they can open at the air port if they need to.

I need to know what is the last car fairy to stj
on a week day. we are picking up our at the air port on 11/1and then need to find our way to red hook. we arrive at 2;55 p.m. have to get lug. then car so I hope we can be at the dock by 4 the latest.
