Barb Y, we just renewed our passports and it took less than 4 weeks. You should be fine with your 5 week deadline. We did not expedite them since we had a two month deadline.

Don't wait too long, we booked our April trip a little more than 2 months out and many car places were sold out. I know you are coming right after me.
