What time do the majority of shops across from the ferry close during the week and weekends in April?

My own pillowcase. I also pack ziplock bags of drink mixes, pancake mix, flour, sugar, rice, noodle and brownie mixes and place them into a sealable plastic shoe box then into the suitcase.
