I can do hummus on my own, so what is good to get? I'm working in Cruz Bay month of July, so need af...

You should book before. If things look slow, they may tell the crew to take off. July is peak family travel month so book now to lock down the date you want.

Re: St John Underwater Video on CBS Sunday Morning
The video would have been much better if it ended with him spearing the lion fish and then some text about their threat. But, that's not the tone of the show.

Ziggy Livnat did the video. He's the same one that created the "Learning to Sea" DVD.

Trying to find a beautiful quiet beach in STT
Coki is the only beach with loud music and vendors. Well, there may be music at Magens when groups have parties there, but that's usually on the weekends or govt holidays.
Another quiet beach is Emerald Beach. Where are you staying?

What us BBQ online? I hate abbreviations and acronyms. They mean different things to so many people depending on their exposure. Please spell it out. Thanks!

Re: Coral Bay Christmas Bizarre -
The rain kept me away. I was hoping to buy some gifts, but it's been raining most of the week, so I didn't want to spend ferry and taxi time and.money to come from STT.
Glad to hear it was well attended. Will there be another opportunity on STJ to buy local gifts before Christmas?????

Re: TROUBLE BREWING - Please help
Please also alert Licensing. You never know if this is an isolated incident or a well-planned scheme that is targeted to others. A few years ago a realtor allegedly ran off with millions of dollars in deposits for properties collected from Statesiders. Licensing's number is 340-774-3130. If this is ...

Re: TROUBLE BREWING - Please help
I did some googling and this page came up. http://www.islandiarealestate.com/villa.html
Though I don't think it's a current.page, I would still call Islandia and let them know of your concerns. They might have some answers or ideas.

Re: TROUBLE BREWING - Please help
Please contact the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs. On St Thomas and see if they can get answers for you. If the property management is properly licensed and following correct procedures, deposits should be in a separate escrow account. You might want to contact a similar office in NC. ...
