I've seen some high end bikes being ridden and presume their owners brought them in. You might be able rent something in STT but I doubt in STJ. An adventure bike racer friend brought his mountain bike and road some pretty gnarly offroad climbs, but I bet they weren't legal. NPS isn't very bike frie...

My American Motorcycle Association membership comes with Roadside Assistance for both bikes and cars, and says it's valid in the US Virgin Islands. Luckily I've never had to test out the service. I wonder if AAA has something similar.....
