We also like BW Emerald Beach. It's right at the airport, has a nice beach, restaurant & bar. Start "limin" as soon as you arrive.

I usually call or email most of the rental agencys and ask about specials for my time period. They usually have some that are not advertised. Last Feb I emailed www.greatcaribbeangetaways.com about a villa that was listed at $3000 and they discounted it to $2400. It never hurts to ask, Bookitvi.com ...

Some premium brand are cheaper. We usually buy a bottle of Baileys but IMHO Cruzan rum and most wines are just as cheap at Peace Pine or Captains Quarter on St. John. If you need a bottle of something special, I would get it at the airport but I wouldn't haul a bunch of stuff over to save a couple $.

And when you decide to open a beach bar, make sure your not the only one on the island or its just called "Drunk & Broke! Keep them coming 54b! Wish you were my math teacher!
