Not familiar with Parc55, but it does look quite elegant. If you're up for something more arty for that SF kind of feel you could consider the Triton: http://www.hoteltriton.com/ I stayed there, after living in the city, and loved it! Sounds like you are doing a fair bit outside of SF proper, so you...

I've only stayed in the premium tents, but as I recall the regular ones might be just less space, you could ask to verify. I stayed in May once and it seemed like a perfect time of year, pretty hot, but you're on vaca so it doesn't matter for beaching it... I responded to a thread on this back on Se...

Loosk like it will be Sunday nite the 11th. Here is a link that you can cross check the date and time. url]http://www.moonphases.info/full_moon_calendar_dates.html#Full_Moon_dates_2009[/url] I recall it starts around typical dinner hour, say 5 or 6 and goes into the night a good bit, but maybe not s...

House of Nanking should definitely be on everyones list, assuming there is a desire for Hunan style. I used to live in SF and it was a routine staple meal, and had the running joke of just don't put your fork/chopstick down or they'll clear your plate out from under you! Fast paced place, but food s...

I've been very happy with a tankini from Athleta.com, all of their clothing is very good quality, fits well and holds up nicely. Worth it.

It kinda depends on what you want to do, SF can cater to anyone. A little local flavor tasting tour of the city could have you enjoying yummy pasta at Cafe Macaroni on Columbus (a hole in the wall gem) or spicy Hunan at House of Nan King (a serious hole in the wall, just all about the food), then wi...

Not sure about VI-Eco, but NPS offers a nice hike on the Reef Bay Trail, just strongly consider booking the one that has a boat meet you at the other end. The hike back would be all uphill, somewhat gradual uphill, but it can be real hot as you get inland...

Cats can be trained, I'm convninced. It really is no different in concept to dog training, where most say it really should be called "people training". You have to be firm and consistent, otherwise it won't work. Find what scares the cat enough for them to back off and use a firm "no&...
