I cry when the ferry leaves too! I can't stop looking back at STJ when we leave. I thought I was the only one.

I ship myself a package everytime I go to STJ. I use priority mail from USPS-it is a flat rate for anything you can jam into the box. It takes about 5-8 business days from the midwest. I have sent all kinds of goodies to myself and never had a problem. I just mail it to the villa owners and they alw...

STJ Happy Hour

We love a great Happy Hour. We always hit up Woody's at the magical time. We also love the Happy Hour at the Lime Inn (2 for 1 drinks).
Any other suggestions?

interisland ferry

http://www.bvitourism.com/GettingAround/InterIslandFerries.aspx This link shows the interisland ferry schedule. When you are on St John and you go to purchase your ferry ticket to the BVI do you know where to go? The ticket booth is not the one you see that is right on the dock in Cruz Bay. It is on...

REWARD CARD

I have had real good luck with American Express Starwood Preferred Guest card. It works like this: A point for each buck you spend. Your points are in your American Express account. But you can transfer your points to any (almost any) airline. So you would open a frequent flyer account with an airli...

tektite visit

I have had tektite on my list of STJ things to do for a long time. I plan to visit the end of January and would like to see/snorkel the site. Any advice how to get there? etc.
Thanks

I have used Arawak Expeditions several times. They offer a guided tour called "Inn to Inn Tour". It circumnativigates STJ. Even better they offer a BVI guided tour that is outstanding. Have Fun.

I have rented at villas that have been for sale several times. Once the villa was even shown while we were there. Usually it is a short visit accompanied by the owners during the day. It did't matter to us as we are usually out and about during normal business hours.
