Robert's is at the Elysian.

Banana Tree Grille also has great fish dishes, but usually I get their filet. Make a reservation early and try to get a table by the open windows to enjoy the view.

We enjoy so much fresh fish when we are there and it is difficult to say my favorite. I have to say that I love the fish at Robert's and Blue Moon. For a more casual dinner, we go to Hook, Line and Sinker in Frenchtown. I have heard that the fish is good at Fish Tails in Red Hook by the dock. We did...

We have a really long time to wait, but the anticipation makes it fly by faster. Just wish we would get some warm sunshine here in NJ.

Hope you all have a great time!

We love both islands and together they are the complete package for us. St. Thomas is larger and more developed with greater diversity. St. John is more relaxed and closer to nature. Both are full of history and have beautiful scenery, wonderful beaches, great restaurants and interesting shops. St. ...

Thanks STTlover for re-posting last year's trip report. Enjoyed reading it again and loved the pictures. Sapphire Beach is beautiful and a favorite of ours. Wish they would have the beach parties on Sundays like they used to.

lprof - Thanks for posting Serban's report from last year. I must have missed it before. We love those places that serve "local" food and Gladys and her staff do a great job!

Those lemon squares look so good...do you just add cooked cranberries to the regular lemon squares recipes? I am new to this forum after many years of lurkdom. I introduced myself to Ruth in February and was looking for the roasted garlic pepper that you use. What do you put it on? I have been using...

Robert's American Grille is excellent and located at the Elysian Resort next to The Ritz-Carlton. It is a short ride from Red Hook and a few feet from the beach.

We also love Banana Tree Grille located at Bluebeard's Castle with a great harbor view. This is perhaps our favorite in St. Thomas.

In case anyone is interested, here is a link to pictures we took on our honeymoon in 1966. Wish quality would be better. They were scanned from 35mm slides.
