When a villa is available through more than one agency, how can I determine who is actually responsible for managing the property? I'd prefer to rent from the company that actually manages the villa.

Just a thought but you may want to check with your villa rental agency regarding the construction at Pond Bay Development. I do not know what stage it is in.

After several wonderful vacations to St. John we decided to try Eleuthera this year. We have been unable to find a forum as informative as this one. Does anyone know of one? It's so odd to be going someplace new where you don't know anything about what's available.
