It was instituted a couple (maybe a few) years ago. We definitely had to pay it in 2010. I think in 2009, but I am not 100% on that.

YAY Coral Bay! I love that area. Its my favorite after years of staying on the Cruz Bay side. Crabby's (in the cocolobo complex where Lilly's Market and Aqua Bistro are) rents snorkeling equipment. The pictures are a mix of iphone and real camera. Most sunset photos were actually taken with the iphone. My regular camera is pretty crappy.

Thanks all. You are too kind. I love St. John, so the trip reporting (though a bit time consuming) comes easily. Of course, I have to use my pictures to jog my memory because after a day or two I am jello and all of it is a huge blur! It is fun for me to remember and relive!
