I am feeling your pain! :cry: We just got back Sunday from STJ and now we are in a winter storm warning until noon tomorrow. The transition from Paradise to reality is a hard one! I think it might just be time to crack open a bottle of rum, put on my flip flops, and dream about my next visit to STJ....

The walk from Caneel is about a 5 minute walk. It is relatively a flat and easy trail to walk. Last year when we walked this trail, there was an iguana that hung out on the trail watching people pass by.

About one foot of snow here in central New York along with 12 degree temps. I will be trading the white snow for white sand in less than a week! Can't wait to feel the sun on my face and the sand between my toes!

We will be leaving for STJ on Friday too - can't wait!
