As far as I know it's totally legal. People do it all the time. In the National Park the ranger will arrive by boat and collect the fee if they're still there.

East West Catering is the best!!! We used them last Thanksgiving and then had Julie do in house catering one evening. It was amazing. The food, the ambiance, everything was great. We'll be back in Feb and plan on hiring her again.

We flew to St John in November and parked at Park Plus. It was perfect. Much easier and closer to the terminal then JFK long term parking. This is the info:

We stayed at Gull Cottage about 6 yrs ago and loved it. Being right on the water and so close to Cruz Bay was wonderful. The house has a great sea wall to sit on and watch what goes on on the water. I think there's a gym at the Marketplace on the second floor. I know I was there a few years ago and I believe you can buy day passes (or maybe week passes as well).

Island Time is a GREAT villa. Perfect location, quiet and close to Cruz Bay. Amazing views, pool with hot tub. I've stayed at many house on the island but this was my favorite. We've stayed there twice and would do it again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!!
