Re: Post Irmaria Trip Report
Oh no! That villa has been on my short list for years but it's never worked out with our dates/group. I was hoping for 2018. Do you know if it was completely destroyed or just damaged?KatieH wrote:Teresa - Morgan Point was the villa we had booked.
Rick - it was so much better than expected!

Re: PHL-BOS-STT----JetBlue reliability?
Is there a later flight that same day in case you miss it? Boston in March can mean snow, so you could easily have a delay due to weather. We once had a 49 minute connection in ATL; I ran ahead of my husband and kids and they were shutting the door as I ran up to the gate, so we made it by the skin ...

The fact that Maria will hit STJ when it's dark makes it even scarier

Re: Our beloved STJ needs your help. Please donate.
I love your idea of a matching donation to a special dinner out or a few nights at a villa. Here is a link to St. John Rescue's Irma Relief Go Fund me page. They've gotten around 750 individual donations already and they've got around $91,000 so far toward a $500,000 goal. https://www.gofundme.com/...

Re: Irma
Hi, I am looking for Kristen Cox of stjohnultimatevillas.com. She is my niece and her daughter is Kierra. Kierra is here, in Michigan. Kristen rode the storm out in Coral Bay. It seems no one has heard anything about how anyone in Coral Bay is! I just want to know that EVERYONE made it through this...

Re: Irma
My heart is heavy and I feel sick...keeping St. Johnians, the island, and the island animals (especially all those kitties) in my constant thoughts and prayers. My 4 and 7 year old daughters have been praying, too....Lord, please hear our prayers and send Irma north.

Re: Irma
All: With what is now a Category 4 storm trending alarming closer, from 120 miles on Thursday, to 39 miles this evening (suggesting a devastating direct strike on very low lying Anegada), we decided to fully shutter both of our villas, moving all loose deck furniture into the pool or indoors. The t...

I can't tell you how many times I've walked past that yellow house and wondered about it, including just a couple weeks ago...in fact, I wanted to ask someone about it, but wasn't sure who would know anything about it. It appears that people live there, but the location is really something...it has ...

Something to help fight the Monday blues. Couple of pics from our last trip and our first to our new home, Sapphire Sunrise. I didn't realize that Casa Bueno had changed ownership. Congrats! :D Can you tell me about the layout of the place? We considered it a few years ago but went with another pla...
