chrisn, according to their web sites, windspree, carefree and private homes do 5 day rentals during off season and we rented for 4 days last minute 3 times from private homes. we also rented for 6 nites offseason thru destiantion st john on 2 occasions about 9 to 10 yrs ago so policy may hvae change...
