Crime certainly happens but fraud does too. I'd bet that insurance scams are more common than we'd like to admit. Insure your jewelry and "lose" it snorkeling or have it "stolen" from a locked car. Criminals don't just steal from cars or villas.. they also wear nice suits and ta...
