Have you looked at Coconuts on Gift Hill? It only has 3 bedrooms but it looks fantastic. The rates are $3850/wk for 2 people ~ $4200/wk 3-4 ~ $4550/wk 5-7 people ~ . Not sure if it fits your needs. Check out the photos of the outdoor area.
