Re: Viewtiful?
I'm super annoyed. I've sent VRBO inquiries on this and a couple other properties, and I have directly emailed the management company mentioned in this thread and I have received no responses ![Evil or Very Mad ](./images/smilies/icon_evil.gif)

Re: Viewtiful?
Thanks for all the info! Cold pool doesn't bother me much - after all, I live in Michigan and my pool is open from May to September and never heated, so that's my normal. Good to know about the road, I don't think that will bother me much, as we've stayed up Calabash Boom before without concern ;-) ...

Viewtiful?
We are trying to book for our spring trip and are considering Viewtiful on Mamey Peak. It is a little above our budget - anyone have any insight on whether it's worth us bumping our budget up a bit?

Re: Charter stop suggestions
We've done that stretch as well, both from a boat and from the path. It's on our list this time, but we'll probably do it as we're walking back from a morning snorkel at Leinster. I love it there, the parrotfish are HUGE

Re: Charter stop suggestions
Have you heard about Abi Beach Bar and Pizza Pi? I am considering both as options for our lunch stop. All my ideas are dependent on our captain's advice of course. I have not heard of Abi Beach Bar - where is that?? I did ask about Pizza Pi, but she told me that this Saturday is their last day for ...

Charter stop suggestions
One week out from return to my happy place and we've just booked a day trip with Busy Bee. Looking to hit some spots that are not accessible from shore, and that we haven't done before. Not headed to BVI this trip. I was thinking about Mingo Cay and Henley Cay. We've done Lovango Cay, Flanagan Islan...

I dream of being able to do a solo trip. So far I haven't been able to keep it secret enough to make there alone. We arrive on the 28th and leave on the 4th. PM me if you want contact info ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: What to do about airfare
LOL - I'm buying today - I give up
Done - 55,000 miles for my ticket and $660 for the other peoples
I'm annoyed by it - but at least it's taken care of now.

Re: What to do about airfare
I've always been a fan of Delta because I can get to STT with one stop from GRR, where most carriers require two :-( I may have to let them go though, since they don't seem to be moving on that ridiculous amount of miles. We are lucky to be able to book a year out, as we go the same time every April...

Re: What to do about airfare
Decided to investigate Southwest a little more and discovered their mileage costs are way lower. Won't help for this trip, but maybe the next one. Got a Southwest reward CC, and should have enough miles for a couple free flights in no time. Question on the Southwest/Seaborne connection. I know you s...

Re: What to do about airfare
Southwest/Seaborne looked great for a minute - until I realized that was one way pricing :-( Total puts in just $20 under the Delta flight. Unfortunately, although my daughter and I could fly free if we use AA down and Delta back, I didn't think about the extra cost for the other three people who do...

What to do about airfare
Been back a month now, and I must buy my tickets for the next trip soon. Typical Delta fee out of GRR is $605. Today it is at $660, the lowest I've seen since I've been shopping for these tickets. This is fine for the people in our group who are paying... My issue is with the miles cost. My April tr...

Re: The Sahara Dust has arrived
The sahara dust toward the end of our trip was heavier than I've ever seen it, and I visit in August as well. It didn't seem to bother my breathing this time as much as it does in August though - maybe a difference in humidity as well? We also had much less breeze this trip than we've had before. I ...
