Just my view...if an owner wants to show their house during a time that it is being rented, then the owner ought to reveal that it's for sale before a deposit is made.

One of the two cars we rented last spring was a Durango. We were told at the rental agency on our last day that it can be very difficult to drive on steep, muddy roads. Glad we didn't have rain and a steep, muddy driveway! Better to rent two Explorers.

Well I'm sure lots of people would consider it odd that I packed my full wetsuit last year and used it everyday (last week of March-early April). I stayed out in the water snorkeling as long as I wanted and it was great.
