Hello ...I used my Verizon cell just fine last Feb. I never used it while I was on the NS beaches but it worked fine in Cruz Bay and iffy in Coral Bay

Sorry I didn't visit the upper unit. The lower unit outside space is nice though , with pretty shrubbery , grill , table with 4 chairs and and 2 loungers

The only thing is the bathroom needs work !

If the far horizons you are looking at is near frank bay then I have stayed in the lower one bedroom unit ,it's a easy walk to Cruz Bay , clean , king bed with a tv in the bedroom, small kitchen and nice outdoor space and parking .
