Enjoy your first trip. Remember the OFF w/deet and sunscreen. We pack a small soft cooler and double walled bev cup to keep water cold. Take some zip lock bags along and coffee filters, they come in handy. Get lunch meat and make sandwiches using all at once so it won't spoil, then freeze so that yo...

Zo Zo's for dinner

Hi there, I have been visiting the VI's for 20+ years, although not being villa people we usually stay on St Thomas. Last year when we did stay on St John we enjoyed dinner several times at Zo Zo's. We liked it the most for many reasons. The food, the ambiance, the view of St Thomas, sunset, staff a...

Fantastic photos

I love the photos. Great report. We stayed on St. Thomas this year, and did not make it over to St John at all. Your photos make me feel like I need a second trip.

Westin video by CNN reporter staying there

Some might find this interesting: newsofstjohn.com site linked to the url below where a reporter road out the storm at the Westin. Having just returned Saturday from the Westin I wondered what the resort hurricane plan was. We saw nothing being boarded up and from what else we observed very little s...

Restaurant with the best views and high point on St John

Hi there,
I appreciate all the information here. I wondered what restaurant on St John is at a high point with the best view, and has like the ambiance of, for instance the Banana Tree Grill in St Thomas.
Thank You in advance of our trip to St John

Beach front rooms at the Westin

I wondered if anybody has stayed at the beach front rooms at the Westin, and if they were noisy buggy, or not the pick they thought it would be. I could change that at this point. Looking forward to St John next week.
Thanks in advance

But we have been visiting the VI's for over 25 years, and only until this year have stayed on St Thomas. LB ps: I have not been here on thi...
