I will be visiting the Virgin Islands for the 1st time this Fall. I am giong to be giong there to dive and was looking to stay at either Tortola or St. Croix. If anyone out there has any suggestions and/or pro & cons as to what island, dive operator and resort/hotel it would be greatl appreciate...
