Unless your car seat is an Airline approved one, you can't use it in the airplane seat anyway. At least they wouldn't let us on a trip in January. Checking it is the better way to go.

I know passport certainly makes coming back though the STT airport quicker.

Found quite a few pieces at Jumbie last trip. The NS beaches had been pounded by high surf for 2-3 days prior. Found them in the piles of larger shells and coral pieces that had washed up after things had calmed down.

Jim, Try Handbrake for converting your movies to iphone/itouch/ipod compatible formats. It's a free download. Works great, used it several times. Once the movie is converted to a .m4v just drag it into your itunes and sync your movies to your device. Might have to play with the settings a little bit...
