Jo Ann, thanks for such a detailed review! I just have one question (for now! ) -- could you tell how far along the construction is? If so, do you think it will be done, or mostly done, by November?

DH and I are staying at Palm Hill villa (Maria Bluff) in November--I noticed some posts from mid-2008 about construction below the villa. Has anyone stayed there recently who can give me a construction update? Thanks.
