I think the waters may be a bit churned up, but I didn't find circumnavigating Waterlemon Cay to be any different than usual. Day 5 and we're enjoying every minute. Minde - I'll report on our new digs later. For you "value conscious" peeps out there, I think we found a winner!

Spotted Eagle Ray. Woot!
I saw either 2 spotted eagle rays today, or I saw one twice, while snorkeling around Waterlemon Cay. Not sure. I'll post my best photo when I have a chance to go through them. GORGEOUS day today!

Perhaps there's internet (wifi) on the ship? If so, just download Skype on their iPad and they can make calls that way. I'm assuming their cell phones are not smartphones. If they are, then there are all sorts of apps to download, such as Skype, to use for calling using the internet. I have a Magic...

How about Isla Mujeres? Easy to get to from TX (fly into Cancun), it's an island in the Caribbean, inexpensive, and the added bonus is that it's Whale Shark season right now. I think the key point here is that they don't have any reciprocity with other airlines. The first thing I always do when my flight looks to have problems, is look for other ways home.
