St John safety

My wife and I are coming to St John a week from Sat. We were there years ago when we were much younger. At the time we had small children with us so we didn't do a lot of snorkeling and other water activities. Mostly beach fun and playing in the shallows. This time we're coming by ourselves and want...

St John water and beaches

We're visiting in a couple weeks but recently read that the EPA ? had declared the water unfit for swimming and fishing etc. after Omar, due to bacteria associated with the run-off. I was wondering if the ban had been lifted. Also, is the water clarity back to normal.Thanks
