"If we bypass Norman Island, is it worth it to head out that way just for the Indians?"

YES...YES...YES

Smuggler's? Poor snorkeling...bleached, dead coral. Downright pretty, crescent beach. See it while you can. Destined to be developed.

Weather permitting, The Indians is an absolute must. If it's not primo conditions, head off and accellerate the excursion. Pirates' rep is "a so-so beach bar on a ho hum beach." very skipable. Willy T's roti is excellent and unless there's a bunch of drunk day-trippers from the USVI (not c...

If I'm on my way to STJ, a must is doing the ferry at night, watching the stars, just beautiful. In fact, all you STJ people, it's worth the ferry fare to take it back and forth. Just relax and look up. Best idea I've heard in a long, long time. In fact, you get my vote for "Idea of the Month&...

I NEVER wear clothes in the villa/pool. Needless to say, I ALWAYS seek out a very private villa rather than ruin somebody else's visit.

We stayed in Coral Bay but when we were leaving, we were sure to swing by Hercules on our way to the ferry. We pulled those absolutely awesome pates out of the grease stained brown paper bag and munched 'em on the way over to STT. That helped soften the first step into re-entry mode. Not to disparag...

For clarity's sake and in the context of my post, "all about me" is meant to be descriptive of the job requirements of someone in the hospitality industry in a tourism driven economy. For those employees, "all about me" can be translated as "it's the tourists, stupid". ...

...if the service industry we are talking about is from a waiter or captain of a ship . . . that is a problem. These people need to really be chipper or do something else. That is their job. xoxo Bingo! This is really the issue. Don't expect everyone in the "service industry" to be custom...

I assume you're focused on White Bay.

If you're interested in a busier experience with many stern-anchored boats, drink lines and lots of people watching, go on the weekend.

If you prefer higher quality limin', go during the week.
