Penn's across from Lumberyard has a nice lot to park in. Have never seen it all full. They have always had nice Jeeps.

Your greeter may let you stop at the grocery on the way. Think you'll find Starfish has the best selection (you can see their weekly specials online). Dolphin Market by the traffic circle is another option although it's been years since I shopped there.

This is a great villa that I have enjoyed several times. The kitchen remodel is since my last stay but it looks great! I love the pool and as others have said, the views are the best on the island as far as I'm concerned! Enjoy it!

I've stayed up in Catherineberg several times and firmly believe the views and privacy more than make up for the roads. There's a reason that view has graced more than one magazine cover over the years!

I found it to be a convenient spot with great views.Had some issues with the home and there was zero breeze that week (I chalk it up to a tropical wave moving through), but it is a very nice neighborhood.

I had good luck with the Fujifilm XP70. Very compact, waterproof to 50'. Got it at Costco in a bundle with SD card, soft case and float strap for 150.

Well, you might look at Apito Villa. Can't speak to sunset view, but it is pretty new and looks very nice.

Bongo is a very nice villa with great finishes. We were there in the Summer and the mosquitoes were bad but it's got a nice pool and while not my favorite views, a convenient location. Just got an airfare alert of $383 RT from DFW to STT! That compared to the cheapest fare of $733 I saw in August. Wish I could jump on it.

Cinnamon Ridge 3 times - best view on the entire island IMHO. No A/C but have never missed it. Killer pool. Did I mention the view?? Tree House - basic and older home but great views from high up on Mamey Peak. Very good value. Tesseract (now Kia Ora) - twice. Convenient location but I like the view...
