We were on St John in January and ate at Shipwreck several times. Always wonderful food and service. Especially the Scallops in french champagne sauce that was a special one day. We really hope it can become a menu item some day. Simply delicious. You do a great job.

Do you think the snorkel rafts would work for a non swimming adult? She's about 130 pounds. We are bringing friends and she is terrified of the water. I would stay with her in the water the whole time and never go out very deep.
