Spirit flights from ACY to FLL are very convenient and reasonable; to the Carib? A nightmare coming back and it happened twice(have to pick up luggage in one terminal & check into the next terminal & go through security). Never again! I like the USAIR direct flight from PHL. Used AA for year...

MahoJim: That game will be a chippy one. I was at the game last night(2-0, Flyers) & Avery was thrashed by Hartnell right in front of me, Gaborik stupidly picked a fight with Carcillo & was thrashed, Avery & Carcillo fought to a draw & the Flyers had the bigger hits, so Rangers will ...

Hoosier Daddy: I agree with Exit Zero-HLS is more picturesque than the Greenhouse with better food. If you want to spend a little time shopping, I would leave Magen's about 3, park in the big lot east of Ft.Christian, stroll downtown until closing(aro 5PM) and then head to HLS for dinner. Sounds lik...

The kids will enjoy Magen's. I'd go to Mountaintop on the way & get a daquiri(virgin or not); great view & kids will enjoy browsing. Then hit Magen's; lunch is decent there and on way back, park the car & hit the shopping area as the cruise ship people should be gone(stores close at 5). ...

I've done some 5 nighters. You'll only have two full days so this is what I'd do: Rent a place on the beach(Secret Harbour, Elysian, Sapphire); You arrive at 2PM so rent a car from Avis at airport(I have the keys to the car(parked just steps away)as bags are coming off the carousel). Scoot across th...

Car rental at Crown Bay

Question: Is there a car rental agency at Crown Bay?
If not, what's the easiest & quickest way to get a
car rental(for a day) coming off a ship?

Just booked ewr/stt on Continental for $605(2 people) direct flight, arrives at 1:30, which means I'll be on Secret Harbour beach by 3:30!! Cheapest flight I've ever booked to STT & been going yearly since '96. It was an impetuous booking, as the price was irresistible. Will be there first stop ...

Bluwater: I live in Wildwood Crest; AC is very convenient & parking is 1/2 of Philly's. USAIR runs a non-stop(which I've taken)during high season(12-15 to 4/15) which arrives at 1:45. The 1-stop arrives at 3:45. I've never seen the fare for the non-stop below $450; the 3:45 one-stop I've gotten ...

I've flown USAIR & AA numerous times from Philly & back & had a problem only once(delayed baggage on USAIR). Just returned last week, but used Spirit for the first time out of AC(very convenient-30 minutes away from home). Tix were $325, but best part was arriving at 2:10(10 min. early)....

I've done just about all the day trips & this suited me best as far as intinerary. I had never done Monkey Pt. off Guana Is. & I concur with liamsaunt that this stop was worth the whole trip-marine life in great abundance & variety. I also liked that time wasn't wasted at the Baths(inste...

Just booked a good deal on Spirit, ACY to STT thru FTL, for 674.00(Two people); Spirit posted an E-Mail for their FREE SPIRIT(Freq. flyer) members, offering special deals for 36 hours only, ending Jan. 2 at 12PM &, as I've been checking prices since late Nov., this is easily the best number I've...
