Re: Skinny Legs Dining
We haven't been back to STJ in over 5 years, but we always loved Skinny Legs. Last trip, I actually drove there every day for lunch. Great burgers and Mahi sandwiches!!
Still have my Skinny Legs T shirt(a pretty OK place).

Re: Back to St. John! Just 2 Questions, please!
Our best meals last month were Zozo's, Extra Virgin, and Ocean 362. They are definitely worth the extra $$. My recommendation would be to have a few inexpensive meals like Uncle Joe's or Candi's BBQ, then splurge the other nights. After all, this is vacation and the memories are priceless!

Re: Best Lunch in Coral Bay?
We were there in December and ate most lunches at Skinny Legs, even though we were staying in Cruz Bay. Skinny's is my happy place. Burgers and Mahi sandwiches are the best, along with their Drink of the day. It feels like home to me.

Jim, I dont know if you read my reply but She left without us, according to the taxi driver who did take us. That's the main complaint I had.

Thanks for the clarification. Now if she had only been there I would never have had to write this post. She left without us, according to the taxi driver who did take us.

Taxi service from Airport to Red Hook...Live and Learn
A certain driver has been heavily recommended on this board. 3 years ago I had a good experience with this driver. This year, I had prearranged transportation with the same driver. When I arrived in STT, a sign with my name was held up by a substitute driver, no problem, she did a good job. $50 for...

Music at Cruz Bay Landing
If you happen to be in Cruz Bay on a Sunday evening, I highly recommend you stop by Cruz Bay Landing to hear the sweet soulful music playing there Sunday evenings called From Broheme With Love. My wife and I were so impressed and didn't want to leave.

Restaurant attire
Hello!
We are heading down in 12 days. It's been 3 years and I'm looking for a refresher course on proper attire for evening dining. Are nice shorts OK for guys?
Looking at middle priced restaurants such as Lime Inn, Banana Deck.
How about Zozo's for one special evening?
Thank you!
Joe

Thanks for the trip report and great photos! We live in Somerset County in NJ and we are heading down in 3 weeks so the restaurant reviews were especially helpful.
Take care!

Re: Dining
Thank you all for the replies so far and I look forward to more...
What type of dining are you looking for?
We like a mix of fine dining, casual dining and also BBQ or something casual.
In the past we have enjoyed Zozo's, Tage(long gone), Lime Inn, Morgans Mango, Uncle Joe's BBQ, etc.
