In Vicki's trip report of 1/14/08, there is a picture of Cruz Bay that shows what appears to be an excavated and terraced area beside Grande Bay and directly below Battery Hill....

It appears that a relatively new "big dig" has again marred Cruz Bay landscape and that it is directly below Battery Hill. What is it going to be this time? We plan to stay at BH in July. Anyone know a timeframe for the building to start?
