Thanks to all but Bev was at Shipwreck at our start of Happy Hour which is also shift change. The day shift was proudly telling the night shift about our awards and I think she misunderstood. We did win best wait staff and in my humble opinion, well deserved but the second award which is consecutive...

No big secret....add equal parts of all the booze and coco lopez with about one tablespoon of crushed pineapple per drink and blend with ice. Add generous splash of chocolate syrup on top in a smiley face or whatever will make your daughter happy. Wish her a happy birthday from all of us at Shipwreck.

Pipergal Instead of stuffing juice into the holes in your cooler, you may want to bring extra pork roll, Taylor is the best. You could probably finance your entire trip by bartering it to all of us former Jersey folk than still crave it. Now if you can find a way to bring a hard roll (if you are Nor...

As a reward for all their hard work and for winning, the GBS students had lunch at Shipwreck. You could see the effect of the hard work and the change in the kids from knowing them before their training. The word discipline is now in their vocabulary and it was a real pleasure to see the dramatic ch...

While we do not offer them online as of yet, I would be happy to send you one for Shipwreck. You can pm me with the details and I can mail it to you, to your friends or we can hold it at the restaurant. A coupon book was actually considered for a Coral Bay project but never had enough merchants inte...

Thanks for all the advice. We just got back and in case anyone else is headed in that direction, here is a what we found. Drunken Jack's was some of the best crab and shrimp that I ever ate. Gulfstream Cafe was in walking distance to our beach house and was also very good. Stay away from Creek Ratz ...

Last year, after we returned from Charleston and Isle of Palm, where I ate shrimp and grits for the first and second and third time, I attempted it at home. Dennis pronounced it respectable so I ran it for a lunch special. As we already have shrimp 4 different ways, you may just have to give me head...

Murrell's Inlet SC Restaurant Advice
This year I need some advice from my forum buddies that know Myrtle Beach/Murrell's Inlet. We are meeting my 84 year old Mom there and spending a week in a beach house. None of us have ever visited the area so I am open to all suggestions. Been reading a little bit on the other forum but don't neces...
