just make sure you are prepared for very strong current

This topic is close to my heart because we had some serous issues when trying this "swim" several years ago I am a very strong swimmer - but hubby is not - and we got into some serious trouble - ended up having to save his behind and got severely cut up and picked by sea urchins in the who...

Don't want to be a debbie downer - but be careful

We snorkled waterlemon several years ago - current was REALLY srong - unfortunately I did not know all I know now about currents and stuff - it was a full moon and it was later in the day - husband is not a strong swimmer - and he got caught in the current going CCW around the island - started calli...

Loved the report - pics absolutely beautiful!!! I linked your description of the "swim for your life" - we had one of those at Waterlemon - but couldn't even get an inch forward - ended up busting for the cliff to the left - luckily this was the 90 degree swim you mention - which I didn't ...
