RJ, Sorry, but I don't know the names of any other villas on this road. We didn't know there were any other villas on that side of the island, it was that private. We never saw or heard anyone else during our stay. Yes, the views are incredible. Maybe the management for Sago could tell you some name...

RJ in Wisconsin, The name of the villa is Mooncottage. We stayed there last July. It's a very private, incredible villa for two. The big drawback for us was no AC. The website is mooncottage.com and the owner Brian will answer any questions promptly. We rented through VIVA, but they no longer manage...

I'm not sure how much a private taxi is, but we paid $13/person (bags included) from the airport to Red Hook in a large van/taxi. It filled quickly and the driver "stepped on it" and got us to Red Hook in time to catch the ferry (they leave on the hour) so that we didn't have to wait anoth...

Yes, it's in Mongoose Junction, at the end by Hurricane Alley. Looked like it was going to be nice even when we saw it under construction this past July. Hope someone will post menu items and prices.

We were pleasantly surprised how quickly we got through customs and security when coming home. We did have a morning flight, which might be less hectic than later in the day. Still, seemed very easy. Like Bert suggested, arrive 2 hours before scheduled departure time and you should be fine.

Welcome back to reality Mary Beth. Hopefully you'll be so busy with post-wedding "stuff" that you won't experience the usual depression that comes after returning from STJ.
Seriously, I thoroughly enjoyed your posts and photos. Thanks again for sharing with us. Happy married life!

Maybe we just stopped by Lily's at a good time when we stayed in Coral Bay in July, but we thought they had a good selection of fresh produce and their wine prices seems comparable to Pine Peace Market. In fact, Lily's was the only place we found fresh bread and hotdog buns. We thought they were fri...

patr,
Please post a report on Miles Away when you return. I just reserved it for the only available full week next summer. I have seen a few reviews on another forum and they're all very good.

I agree with iowaguy; hire an Ocean Runner boat with a captain. It shouldn't be too expensive since there are 8 of you.
