We have also chosen to stay the 1st and last night on St Thomas, we find it to be so much less stressful both arriving and leaving, checking out of the villa and catching that ferry is a lot less depressing, and allows us extra time on STJ the day we leave, when not heading straight to the airport....

I won't do that, too much work. We stay on St. Thomas if we have an early flight and get to the airport two hours early. St. Thomas is a very fine place to spend a night (or more). Seems like a long time away...but I know it will be here before we know it...besides, what fun is the trip without the pent-up anticipation.

Congrats on the new adventure!! Are you putting it up on land during the times you are not using it or putting her into rental?

I should sell our Boat in Michigan and get one down there. I figure we could use one or the other about 20 days a year...but pay for it 365 days. OUCH
