One night, high season Cruz Bay??

My husband and I have a short upcoming trip next week and already have a villa for the 4 nights we planned. Our travel may need to change due weather and I am looking for a place to stay in Cruz Bay for one night only. Do places even do this during high season? I see availability at a unit at both C...

Re: Astral Ridge/Calabash Boom Hill

We stayed at Astral Ridge 4 years ago and are going back in January that is how much we loved it there! The views are amazing and the second you park and walk out on to their open patio you will forget any of the bumps you experienced on the way up. Calabash boom is my favorite area to stay because ...

Re: A Winsome House - Ajax Peak

My husband and I stayed here in May of 2009 and loved it! I don't remember if it had AC so I am pretty sure that means we didn't need it! The pool got sun until 2 or 3 and was small but still enjoyable. The views were awesome and we spent the majority of the time we were there on the deck. The road ...

Easy Breezes or Palladio's View

I think I may have narrowed down our choices for our next trip. Any feedback on these two villas? I know they are on Calabash Boom, which I am familiar with having stayed at Astral Villa. Any idea where they are exactly on the Boom-how far up? I have checked the Google map and I think the pin may be...

Coral Bay person considering the "other" side, ple

On all of our trips we have stayed in Coral Bay and loved the slower pace and less crowded villa areas. In an effort to widen our villa search to find something suitable to take our twin 2 1/2 year old boys, we are considering other areas. We would still like an area that is a little less crowded, s...

My husband and I stayed there in May 2009. We really liked the house, and the location. Only negative was the pool was on the cooler side and only got sun until 2 or 3pm. We thought it was a little overpriced for the high season rate, but low season was a great deal. Happy to answer any specific que...

Thanks so much for the suggestions! A couple of follow up questions. How is the noise at Bay House? Is it really close to other houses and the stores/restaurants below? Just a little concerned about privacy-not nudity level privacy, but still feeling seperate from other people. Where exactly is Fun ...

Coral bay villa with twin toddlers

We are planning our next trip but it is our first visit with our twin boys who will be 2 1/2 at the time of the trip. We are totally Coral Bay people having stayed up on Calabash Boom, Ajax Peak and in the area high above the Aqua Bistro complex. Trying to find a villa in high season for under $4k f...

We stayed at Winsome house in May 2009. We loved the house and the price was awesome. Great views and location. The views are more island, and then water if that makes sense. It was still beautiful, but not right up close to the ocean. The location was fantastic. We are Coral Bay people but it was e...

Thanks for the suggestions! Lagoon Pointe does look great but they dont allow small kids and we will have the twins and they will be under 2 when we go. Marc is great, we've rented a property that he managed before and would love to again.
