The road out to Ditliff has been paved and is a great walk/run in the morning. Near the end of the road it dips down and there's a trail to the right that takes you to a protected sandy beach. Park near the entrance.

CCM - maps are for sissies, right? Wrong. After many trips to STJ, the Tral Bandit map is the best. It's small enough to fit in any pocket of cargo pants or baoard shorts. Our old one is anotated with trip notes.

Back in Feb of '07 I stayed in the Condado Plaza during a site visit, then spent a week there in May leading IT support for the Feria de la Segunda Juventud event. Now, others may extol the ease of traveling the short distance to Old San Juan...to walk around the old fort and stroll the cobblestone ...

Clever! Don't rent the cheap wheels from Denzil...one year we got a micro-suszuki with no radio, no a/c, and bald tires. Driving from Mystic Ridge to Maho, coming down into the first turn on 20, I found out the brakes barely worked. It was an island experience to remember.
