OK...Lulu76 just freaked me out. I should have added the fact that our 19 month old daughter will be with us. Is the car ferry from St. Thomas that bad?

St. Thomas car rental to St. John via ferry?

We are heading down to St. John once again this November. I was hoping to rent a car on St. Thomas and ride the car ferry over to St. John. Do rental agencies allow this?

If anyone could provide some guidance I would sure appreciate it. Thanks guys. I love this site.
