Do both? The teens might like Cinnamon, water toys to rent, snack bar, wider beach, can be windy. Maho maybe more for non-teens, unless they like to snorkel. Don't completely miss out on Maho, that is just so special, pictures and words will never describe Maho!

That's good to know that non-stops might be a seasonal thing. I was thinking they were gone for good. There is hope yet...It would be great to meet up with some of you that might be there first week of May, I guess that would be May 4th at the Beach Bar?

Unless someone knows otherwise, it appears non-stop flights are gone! Too bad, that was a nice way to go and not feel any concern for a checked bag.

I've traveled to a number of islands, and found STJ to be very safe. But, I also believe it's all in how you conduct yourself, too. Someone that stumbles around drunk at 2am on dark, remote streets could be a target nearly anywhere on the planet. A little smarts and common sense will carry you anywh...

The EC gas station in Cruz Bay definitely takes credit cards,which I found helpful given the prices everywhere now. It's a small island, so one tank tends to carry a bit, depending on how much traveling around you do.
