I agree with your friends, 'a pool on St john?' I prefer Catherinberg and the pools are usually a bit too cold and the beach is so close why bother. Kids often walk to the beach and we pick them up later. I also got tired of treating swimmers ear... Lets hope the storm passes with a soaking and not ...

well, the reason you can not figure it out is because it is not a villa! It belongs to a family who use it as a vacation home but do not rent it out... (I believe their name is on the utillity box by the driveway). The home has been in the family since it was built in the 70's. They are quite nice, ...

They are well known on the island and do a lot of work with artists and for the preservation of the island and park. not a bad back yard t...

As you may be aware I am a huge fan of Catherinberg. I have rented around there and upper carolina. I agree you do not need AC in most of the villas in Catherinberg. I have visited all the rental properties there. I have stayed several times at La Jolla Caribe including this summer. You can not go w...

I am not sure it is still for rent, it sold and was remodeled and for rent again then I am not sure... La Jolla Caribe advertises 5 bedrooms but they have a media room with 2 Futons ... all bd...

the upper deck gets sun pretty much all day as you see it rise over American Hill in winter and Tortola in summer. It sets over Peter point. The other decks are below that one and get more shade. the outside dining area is covered with a roof extension so it stays dry and has more shade. I keep my M...

Hi Scott!!! you've chosen the premium side to stay on. I have stayed in Coral Bay and Catherinberg multiple times over the last 10 plus years. My first rental was Anole and we loved it. We had 2 couples so the matching masters upstairs was nice. We had kids down stairs, they were a bit spooked by th...

I have stayed at villas off this road many times. I am used to rough roads so I have no problem going up and down it. The beauty of staying in Catherinberg is being so close to the N Shore beaches and having the view from up the hill. They graded it last year but the rains roughed it up again. Best ...
