Kirk, I gotta agree with you working order is good...makes things better..:D...and if we had wanted luxury we'd rented luxury. Afterall you dont spend that much time in the villa..but its nice to be comfortable when you are there and we werent, I assumed we would get what the site said we would..but...

Im glad now I did the report.. she apparently lied to me telling me the owner was going to see about the matters himself..Oh well...I do hope you have a wonderful trip inspite of my report. Maybe it has helped you out to let you know what to expect and at least request another ...

I bought one of those futons once...ended up putting it on the curb ... and I know I can caulk better than that..although Im still trying to figure out why the doors were caulked shut

It's really a shame. We stayed at Mahogany Tree Villa Caribsea often and had many good times there, when it was run by the previous owners (who lived on the property). It was never luxurious, but was really clean and comfortable. The honesty bar was always fully stocked, and filled with interesting...

So, i've got to ask....How was the bed on wheels on your honeymoon. wink wink nod nod. :lol: well it was ummm....ok ... but to put it in racing terms it was fun doing laps except for turn # 4 which had a severe drop off at the stairs... :lol: :lol: ...no,all kidding aside..the bed was comfortable. ...

From what we could see Dolphina looked nice. And you are right..it could very well be why the price dropped so low. We paid the reg rate for our rental...not the discounted one. We booked it back in January of this yr. We saw the rate drop also... Before we left..which only made it worse once we got...

Pia....That sounds great...we WILL be back and we had a good time on the island inspite of the villa. And you can bet I will do alot of research and reading before we book another villa ...

No Im not sure which Villa it is...but the pic was taken at Peace Hill at the top of the trail..

CptnKirk: I think you are right about Solomon. Its one of the prettiest beaches on the island. We took alot more pics there than any other place,and definetly more than any other beach..

Great pictures! Can you tell me how to find the remains of the downed plane at Cinnamon? We knew it was there, but have never asked anyone exactly where it is. thanks! You would need to hike over to Little Cinnamon from Cinnamon,go to the left of the beach and look for the trail...there is a turn g...
