visual privacy had more to do with the construction workers in the area. Neighbors, traffic were too close for audio privacy. If it's not my music I'm listening to I prefer to here only ocean and or wildlife. Little too much comotion up on that hill for me.

stayed there in Feb of 2006. Pool deck got sun but the pool didn't. Water was frigid,,, wouldn't even put my toes in the pool. Views were amazing espcially for the full moon. Constant wind was an issue, couldn't keep the candles lit unless we kept the doors closed. Ask about contruction on the road....
