Mia, C'est Bleu & PEACE 7 Plenty are both represented by Caribbean Villa. I think because C'est Bleu has the higher elavation and more of a unobstructed view is why the rep. felt C'est Bleu had the better view of the two. It also cost a bit more so that could have something to it too!
