We LOVE Jake's! We discovered Jake's on our trip last year, since the chef (Casper) was part of the group that catered a wedding reception we attended. We went for breakfast a couple of times last year & loved it so much, we went 4 times on our trip back to St. John's this year! The breakfast burrito is quite possibly the most wonderful taste explosion I have ever experienced. Scrambled eggs, bacon, & home fries inside a tortilla topped with sour cream and freshly made salsa - I couldn't get enough! The size of this thing was huge, to put it mildly. Their waffles, corned beef & hash & omelets are also fabulous. We highly recommend a visit for breakfast (& we've been dying to try the lunch - just never made it)! The price is right & the service is exceptional.
