My husband LOVES BBQ. He's a fanatic. He counts Dinosaur in Syracuse NY and the Rendesvous and Corky's in Memphis among is top 3. He's making room for Candi's on STJ. We had a small breakfast and skipped lunch one afternoon and were looking for a little something before we headed out for the night. We stopped at Candi's- the heavenly smells had taunted us all week. We ordered an order of chicken and ribs to split between the 4 of us. The chicken was good but the ribs were fabulous. Tender and meaty and slathered in a sweet and smoky bbq sauce. Everyone agreed next year will feature a Candi's BBQ dinner at the villa.
