Amazing view, amazing service, amazing food! That sums up the Stone Terrace. The waitstaff are friendly and helpful. I had the tuna tartare as an appetizer. This was made with avocados and seasoning. Although not a fan of raw fish, this was excellent. For my main meal I had the salmon, accompanied by two small taco shells filled with vegetables. The taste was new and delicious. All of the other people who were with me enjoyed their meals as well. Two of them come to St. John annually, and always make sure to visit the Stone Terrace. Because we all ate so much food, we did not order dessert. However, I must recommend the Key Lime Pie Martini. It tastes just like the pie, and even has cookie crumbs along the rim. Yum!
